This great stuff. My wife and I are 3 ½ months into our healing and personal development business and while we wrote a business plan two months ago - it felt like it was not appropriate for us - I did it anyway and have not looked at it since. We have put it/them to one side and we are just getting on with it. So we need to go back to the goals we set review them and perhaps write some new ones.

Very impressed with what I have seen so far and no criticisms. The notes were and hopefully will be useful. Many of the lessons have triggered of worthwhile thoughts for which I am very grateful. For instance, I became VAT registered even though I did not need to and it has proved most beneficial especially when buying major equipment (Computers etc) for the company because it cost me 68% of the normal retail price, which is a big saving on around £3,000.00.

Congratulations on launching the Start up e-programme. The first 3 days have been very good. The content is very clear and covering some good ground. I particularly like the emphasis you make on committing your plans/goals to paper in order to "avoid chance opportunities which might sound like a good deal at the time, but don't actually benefit your business". I have found this to be very true - once I clarified my goals, I was able to make decisions which were in line with my ultimate goals, otherwise I can be prone to be distracted by one bright idea after another which actually takes you off your path and wastes a lot of valuable time.
