Refund Policy

Start Up Right offers a full 100% satisfaction guarantee refund policy. If you are not happy that we have given you value for money and you undertake to return all products, we undertake to refund any fees paid in full.

You understand that any fees quoted are for the entire programme or product and that any monthly payment arrangements do not change the fact that, by signing up for the programme, you are agreeing to pay the programme fee in its entirety. If you miss any monthly payment the arrangement is immediately cancelled and the fee immediately becomes payable in full.

If you are on a coaching programme Julia undertakes to be available 46 weeks of the year. She is available by email at all times except these 6 weeks where holidays may prevent access..

All emails will be answered as soon as is practicable. If Julia is away she will answer as soon as possible on her return. MSN Messenger coaching support is subject to availability.

Whilst coaching others by telephone, email and MSN Messenger coaching messages will be answered after the calls have finished.

To get the full benefit of coaching and the Start Up 101 eprogramme you must complete the programme and the action points.

Terms & Conditions

By undertaking any Coaching Services provided by Start Up Right and / or Julia McDaid, the participant hereby agrees and understands that Start Up Right and Julia McDaid accept no responsibility for the financial or business affairs of the participant and makes no undertaking to provide specific advice about any products or services.

Start Up Right and Julia McDaid are not acting on the participants behalf and are not responsible for the financial wellbeing, personal success or business success of the participant.

The information contained in the e-programme and other products is intended as guide only, and by its nature can only generalise. It should not be relied upon as a matter of law. To the best of our knowledge it is correct at the time of writing, but users should always take professional advice to get the correct information for their own circumstances.

Any financial and business decisions should be made only after taking specific and independent advice, preferably from a fully qualified member of the relevant profession.

Where legislation is referred to in any product it is for the United Kingdom.

Start Up Right and Julia McDaid reserve the right to amend the wording of these terms and conditions at any time, so long as the spirit of the guarantees remain unchanged.

In the event of a dispute regarding the above, then all costs and expenses including reasonable legal fees incurred by the prevailing party therein shall be paid by the other party. The obligation on the part of the other party shall be deemed to have accrued on the date of the commencement of such action and shall be enforceable whether or not the action is prosecuted to judgement.

The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern the validity, performance and enforcement of this agreement. Should either party institute legal suit or action for enforcement of any obligation contained herein it is agreed that the venue of such suit or action shall be in the United Kingdom and subscriber expressly consents to Start Up Right designating the venue of any such suit or action.

The provisions herein shall inure to the benefit of the parties herein and any heirs, successors or assigns and shall survive the termination or cancellation of this agreement.
